I bought both tongat ali and fadogia agrestis and used them daily for like 20 days and still counting. The quality is so good and transparent capsules is a great choice of color. First week of taking these natural supplements was just normal as nothing happened in it. Second week , a slight change in sleeping patterns and digestion , a good change to be precise but this depends on what time you take these supplements. Early morning is the best time. Third week I felt more stronger in gym and more energetic compared to my previous 2 months of weight lifting. It was not a huge change but naturally it takes time.
